Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between BlueHorizons Homes, owner and manager of luxury private homes in Senegal, and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Client") wishing to make a reservation.

2.1 Bookings are made via the online booking engine available on bluehorizonshomes.com or directly via WhatsApp or email.

2.2 All bookings are subject to the availability of the villa on the requested dates.

2.3 The booking is only definitively confirmed upon receipt of the 30% deposit within the allocated 48-hour period.

2.4 In the absence of payment of the deposit within this period, BlueHorizons Homes reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.

3.1 Prices displayed on the site are expressed in Euros (€), all taxes included.

3.2 Prices may vary depending on the season, length of stay and number of guests. The applicable rate is the one in force at the time of booking.

3.3 Payment is made in two stages: • 30% deposit at booking, to be paid within 48 hours • Balance of 70% to be paid on arrival

3.4 Accepted payment methods: • Orange Money • Wave • PayPal • Bank transfer (IBAN provided on request)

4.1 Cancellation by the Client The 30% deposit paid at booking is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, regardless of the cancellation date. BlueHorizons Homes recommends that the Client take out travel insurance covering cancellation risks.

4.2 Modification by the Client Any request to change dates is subject to availability. BlueHorizons Homes will do its best to accommodate modification requests at no extra charge.

4.3 Cancellation by BlueHorizons Homes In the event of force majeure or an exceptional event rendering the villa unavailable, BlueHorizons Homes undertakes to offer a postponement of the stay or a full refund of amounts paid.

6.1 The maximum number of occupants is defined for each villa: • OceanView Ndayane: 12 persons maximum • PalmView Saly: 10 persons maximum

6.2 Exceeding the authorised capacity will result in the immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.

The rental rate includes: • Full private accommodation • Water and electricity • High-speed WiFi • Bed linen and towels • Access to the private pool • 24/7 security • 24/7 WhatsApp concierge

The following services are available on request and billed separately: • Private chef • Airport transfer • Car rental • Massage and yoga • Quad rental • Excursions

8.1 Pets are accepted upon prior request and validation by BlueHorizons Homes.

8.2 It is strictly forbidden to organise events or gatherings without prior written agreement from BlueHorizons Homes.

8.3 The Client undertakes to respect the neighbourhood and not to disturb public order.

8.4 Any damage noted will be charged to the Client.

9.1 BlueHorizons Homes cannot be held liable for damages resulting from force majeure, bad weather, natural disasters or events beyond its control.

9.2 The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the villa and its equipment during their stay.

Personal data collected during booking is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at bluehorizonshomes.com/en/confidentialite.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Senegalese law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dakar, Senegal.
